Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $2,087 per week

About the role

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. This role emphasizes activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper‑extremity function, and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT
• Document treatments accurately

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required

Pay
