About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 14-week assignment in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Current BLS Certification
Qualifications
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
