About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Waukon, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Active IA COTA License
- BLS via American Heart Association
Qualifications
- State license/Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant required

- Strong communication skills
