Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Portland, Oregon.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Evaluate patient needs and progress towards goals.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist License.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).

Pay

Weekly Gross: $1,648.00 Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement
