Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract in Eureka, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic activities to improve functional abilities and quality of life.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.

Requirements

• 1 year of recent experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Active Certificate of Completion of Occupational Therapy (COTA) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS)/Basic Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (BCLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy assistant program.
• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,100.00 (Based on 40 hours)
