About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.
• Active Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant License.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $1,480.00

Schedule

40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
