Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $1,480 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting July 10, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team

Requirements

• Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Experience in SNF or similar settings preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Skilled in occupational therapy techniques
• Proficient in computer software for documentation
• Knowledgeable about patient safety protocols

Pay
