About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role emphasizes activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
• Document treatments accurately

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• SNF experience preferred, but not required

Pay

Competitive weekly pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), including a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
