About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Ocala, Florida. This role emphasizes ADLs, safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising OT.
• Document treatments accurately.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Active (or pending) state COTA license.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

• Start Date: 08/10/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days (07:00:00 - 15:00:00)

Pay

Competitive weekly pay. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
