Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Absorb and assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
• Document treatments accurately

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• SNF experience preferred, not required
