Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - $691 per week

Critical Connection, Inc is seeking a travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in regaining independence and functional skills in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting in Kensington, Maryland.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT, with a focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, and functional carryover. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an OT
• Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
• Document treatments accurately

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active (or pending) state COTA license
• SNF experience preferred, but not required

Schedule

• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM)
