We are looking for a Travel Service Representative to support clients throughout their travel planning journey. This remote role focuses on delivering a positive client experience by assisting with inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth coordination.

• Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging, or phone
• Assist with bookings and reservation updates
• Provide support with itineraries and travel documentation
• Help resolve travel-related concerns
• Maintain accurate client records
