Job Summary

About the Role
Responsible for providing respiratory therapy services in the PICU setting. Must be proficient in various respiratory treatments and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory treatments including nebulizers, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation
- Assist with intubations and extubations
- Perform chest physiotherapy and suctioning procedures
- Monitor and document patient progress using Cerner charting system
- Provide emergency response and troubleshoot alarms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in adult critical care
- Current RRT certification
- Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, CRT, and RRT certifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
