Travel RRT - NICU - $2,377 per week

About the Role

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Cleveland, Ohio. The position is in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with potential float to PICU, CVICU, and other pediatric units across the health system.

Schedule

• Shift: Nights, 19:00–07:30 (12‑hour shifts)
• Pattern: 3×12 or 4×12 shifts per week
• Weekly hours: 36
• Start date: 11/09/2026
• Contract length: 13 weeks (8‑ or 12‑week options also noted)

Requirements

• Active Ohio RRT license in hand
• NBRC certification
• BLS certification
• Advanced NRP certification
• PALS certification
• Minimum two years of experience in pediatric respiratory care
• Demonstrated experience in PEDS, PICU, and NICU (high‑acuity Level 4 NICU)

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy in the RRT‑NICU, PICU, and CVICU with pediatric patients
• Float as needed to Shaker Children’s Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU
• Communicate all RTO and scheduling requests during submission and interview

Additional Requirements

• Complete two fingerprinting processes:
  • One onsite fingerprinting required by the facility immediately prior to start
  • Second fingerprinting completed through the agency
• All work history, including any prior positions, must be included in the candidate profile
• Copies of all required certifications must be provided at time of submission
