Responsibilities & Skills

• Adult Critical Care
• Aerosol setup (mask and trach)
• Albuterol, Atrovent, Combivent, Flovent, Medihaler, Perforomist, Pulmicort, Racemic epinephrine, Spiriva, Xopenex administration
• Assist in high-risk delivery
• BiPAP and CPAP management
• Bronchoscopy assistance
• Extubation
• Hand-held and Metered Dose Inhaler (MDI) administration
• High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC)
• Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs)
• Nasal airway placement and suctioning
• Oral airway placement and suctioning
• Pulmonary hygiene
• Sputum specimen collection
• T-piece and trach collar management
• Tracheostomy care and management
• Weaning from mechanical ventilation

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, RRT
• Charting experience with Epic

Assignment Details

• Assignment Length: 19 weeks

Pay

$2,598 to $2,770 weekly (includes taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements).
