Responsibilities

• Experience in adult critical care
• Setup and use of aerosol devices such as masks and trachs
• Administration of medications like albuterol, atrovent, and racemic epinephrine
• Performing procedures such as intubation assist, extubation, and tracheostomy care
• Monitoring and managing patients with conditions like ARDS, RSV, and pneumonia
• Assisting with patient transport and suctioning techniques
• Interpreting and documenting arterial blood gas results
• Providing respiratory therapy services in an acute care hospital setting

Requirements

• One year of experience in respiratory/neuro diagnostics
• Required certifications: BLS
