About the Role

Responsible for providing respiratory and neuro diagnostic services at various facilities across Virginia. This role requires a strong background in adult critical care, aerosol set up, and a range of other skills essential for patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory and neuro diagnostic services under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
  • Aerosol set up and management of various medical devices.
  • Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs).
  • Assist with patient care activities such as suctioning, airway management, and extubation.
  • Perform tracheostomy care and management.
  • Troubleshoot and manage alarms related to ventilators and other medical equipment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2 years of relevant experience in respiratory or neurodiagnostic roles.
  • Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT.
  • Knowledge of adult critical care, aerosol set up, and a wide range of medical procedures and medications.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current certification in CPR (BLS).
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

$1,782.00 to $1,992.52 weekly
