About the Role
Responsible for providing respiratory and neuro diagnostic services at various facilities. Must have 2 years of experience and relevant certifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform adult critical care procedures
- Aerosol set up for masks and trachs
- Administer medications such as albuterol, atrovent, bicarbonate, etc.
- Use ventilators and related equipment
- Interpret arterial blood gases
- Manage tracheostomy care
- Troubleshoot alarms and complications
- Collect and interpret sputum specimens
- Assist with patient extubation and weaning from mechanical ventilation
Requirements
- Current ACLS and BLS certification
- RRT certification
- Experience with adult critical care
- Knowledge of various respiratory and neurological diagnostic techniques
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
