Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) in Jefferson City, MO. This position offers competitive pay and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory treatments and procedures as directed
• Assess patient conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document patient care in the charting system
• Provide emergency response and critical care support
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Current RRT certification
• Knowledge of adult critical care, aerosol setup, and various medications and treatments

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) Basic Life Support (BLS)
• National Registry of Perfusion Technicians (NRPT) Certification
