Cure Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Case Management Insurance for a travel nursing job in Franklin, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Assess patient needs and make recommendations for appropriate care levels.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
• Document all interactions and care provided accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• Additional certifications related to this specialty.
• 2 years of recent experience in Skilled Nursing.

Qualifications

Primary residence must be at least 50 miles from the facility address.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
