Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Manager, Acute Care Case Management for a 13-week assignment in Boston, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical and mental impairments
• Understand the characteristics of illness and expected treatments
• Work with current MS patterns of practice and acute inpatient care methods
• Knowledge of benefits, plan contracts, eligibility issues, and requirements
• Prior experience with UM and CM, and EPIC preferred
• Advanced certifications such as CCM or related certification preferred

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Preferred advanced certifications such as CCM or related certification
