About the role
Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a dedicated care team in Danbury, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough physical therapy evaluations
- Developing individualized care and rehabilitation plans
- Providing hands-on treatments and guiding therapeutic exercises
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality outcomes
Requirements
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in Connecticut (or willing to obtain)
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- BLS certification
- At least 1 year of recent experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient education skills
