Travel RN - Operating Room Nights

Role Overview: This position is for a registered nurse (RN) specializing in perioperative care, including practice in the Operating Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). The nurse provides direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritize patient wellness and safety, precept new staff or students, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. Ensure compliance with core curriculum standards and certifications like AORN and ABPANC. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold a Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, have at least one year of experience, and possess BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross. Strong clinical skills, teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential. Key Duties: Provide perioperative, PACU, or OR-level care, contribute to secure safety and quality standards, and model proficiency through precepting.
