About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room department, providing direct perioperative care including PACU and surgical environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice utilizing the nursing process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prioritize wellness and evidence-based care.
- Precept new staff.
- Ensure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Follow AORN and ABPANC standards for evidence-based perioperative care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Proficiency in perioperative nursing practices.
- Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
