Travel RN - Operating Room Nights

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room department, providing direct perioperative care including PACU and surgical environments. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prioritize wellness and evidence-based care, precept new staff, and ensure safety and quality at the point of care. Follow AORN and ABPANC standards for evidence-based perioperative care. Qualifications & Skills: Valid Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges, at least 1 year of experience, BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross, and proficiency in perioperative nursing practices. Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive perioperative patient care, model proficiency, contribute to a safe and quality-focused clinical environment, and support team learning and collaboration.
