About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room providing direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or OR settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice utilizing the nursing process.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspectives, and evidence-based care.
- Precept and mentor new healthcare staff to foster professional growth.
- Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards at the point of care.
- Follow perioperative standards, including AORN and ABPANC guidelines.
Qualifications
- Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
- BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross with in-hand card before start.
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to patient safety.
