About the Role
Provide direct patient care in perioperative, PACU, or Operating Room settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and supporting a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The role involves precepting new staff, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-of-scope nursing care
- Adhere to core curriculum standards
- Support evidence-based care models
- Emphasize wellness, patient-centered care, and safety at the point of care
Requirements
- Current Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges
- At least 1 year of experience as an RN
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (card must be in-hand before start)
