Job Details

Registered Nurse position in Neuro Stepdown unit, night shift from 19:00 to 07:30. Job located at ININD Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, part of Ascension Health system in Indianapolis, Indiana. Position requires working 36 hours per week with holiday rotation.

Job Requirements

• Current nursing license with Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
• Completion of Ascension Pharmacology Exam and Ascension Medical Surgical Exam prior to start, updated every 3 years
• Completion of Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics within a year of start, updated every 3 years
• Completion of Ascension EKG Exam with minimum 80% score, updated every 3 years
• Completion of Ascension Skills Checklist within one year of start; updated annually for specialty
• Provide documented proof of immunizations and health screenings including MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, Influenza vaccine (optional), Fit Test, Positive PPD or IGRA with chest X-ray and TB questionnaire if applicable, Health Statement updated annually
• Complete background checks including criminal background, EPLS, employment verification, education verification, and professional references as required by Ascension
• Provide Ascension Badge Photo and complete Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding and Education Attestation

Schedule Information

Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30. 36 hours per week. Holiday rotation required.
