Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to alarms
• Assess patients' conditions and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure patient care continuity
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Active Arizona RN License
• ACLS & BLS Certification
• 2+ years experience

Qualifications

• Passionate about telemetry nursing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
