This is a Night Shift Job that runs from 19:00 to 07:30 Hours.

- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- EOW; EOH; PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Acute Care experience required.
- May need to float to sites within 40 miles if needed.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
- Minimum of 2 years of Experience as a Travel Register Nurse.
