Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Job Description

Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.

Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.

Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes with the interdisciplinary care team.

Accurately document patient care using the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and nursing best practices.

Requirements

• 1 year of professional nursing experience providing independent patient care in a hospital, clinic, or institutional setting.
• 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience within the past 2 years.
• Active State of Hawaii Registered Nurse (RN) License (required).
• Current BLS/BCLS Certification and ACLS Certification.
