Travel RN Med-Surg/Telemetry Float Pool - $2,301 per week

About the role

The MedSurg/Telemetry Float Pool Registered Nurse will work across several units, providing care for a variety of patient populations. The most frequent units include 6N and 7N, along with additional assignments in 4N, 5S, 6S, and Critical Care. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to various environments while delivering quality nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions including CHF, COPD, pneumonia, and chronic renal disease.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; RN must be able to read strips.
• Ensure compliance with required certifications including BLS and ACLS.
• Aid in managing patient care plans and collaborating with healthcare teams.
• Contribute to a safe and effective clinical environment in accordance with hospital policies.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must pass a cardiac rhythm exam.
• Experience with telemetry patients preferred.

Pay & Schedule

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
