Travel RN Med Surg Telemetry - $2,182 per week

About the role

The position is for a Med Surg / Telemetry RN to work at LifePoint in Gallatin, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Tennessee.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Qualifications

• Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$18.50 - $20.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

12-hour shifts, nights only.
