Travel RN Med Surg Telemetry - $2,059 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, at a 36-hour per week, 12-hour shift position in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg / Telemetry.
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS).
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background and drug screen.

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
