Travel RN Med-Surg/Telemetry - $2,000 per week
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs, including those recovering from strokes, brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
- Conduct dressing changes and assist with aseptic/sterile procedures.
- Perform laboratory specimen collection and interpretation.
- Conduct telephone triage and manage patient refill requests.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required.
- Acute Care Rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Active RN license in hand at the time of submission.
- BLS certification is required.
- Epic EMR experience is mandatory.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
