Licensure & Certifications

• Current RN license eligible for Missouri (or already licensed in Missouri)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA only (required)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – may be submitted without, must obtain prior to start
• Preferred: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA only

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Cardiac Telemetry experience, inpatient only
• Experience and competence in drug titration
• Preferred experience: Cardiac

Unit Information

• Number of beds: 31
• Patient ratios (estimates): Days 1:5‑1:6, Nights 1:6‑1:8
• Equipment: Alaris pumps, telemetry, lift equipment
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Type of patients: Cardiac/Med Surg

Dress Code

• Scrub color: Black
• Unacceptable attire: Torn clothes, open‑toed shoes, not wearing scrubs

Auto Offer Guidelines

• Flexible guaranteed hours – 36 or 48 (must be listed on the submission form)
• Blocked scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements – must be listed on the submission form
• RTO (required time off) must be made up on the back end; not approved in the first week of assignment
• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment
