No week on/week off. Number of beds in unit = 10 beds Patient ratio = 1:10 (swing patients only) Scope of role: Provide nursing care for up to 10 inpatient rehab (Swing) patients. May absorb med-surg patients if swing volume drops. These patients require less nurse-intensive care than traditional med-surg patients but nothing different from a skill standpoint.
