Travel RN – LTC/SNF - $1,598 per week

About the role

LTC/SNF Facility in Iowa is in need of an RN traveler. Must have 2 years experience in LTC/SNF facilities, active AHA BLS, IOWA RN or compact license, and point click care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Active IOWA RN or compact license.
• 2 years experience in LTC/SNF facilities.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Point click care preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.

Skills

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR).
