MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long-Term Care (LTC) Skilled Nursing assignment in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The assignment begins 11/09/2026, lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. Employment type is travel. Responsibilities

• Provide extended care to patients living with disabilities or suffering from progressive or chronic illnesses.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing.
• Record vital signs and administer medications.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and assess changes in the patient's health status.
• Perform various treatments as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active RN license or active LPN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in a Long‑Term care setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client’s facility.
