Travel LTC RN - $2,131 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel RN for a Long‑Term Care assignment in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. The 13‑week travel contract begins 11/16/2026, requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour day shifts, and is offered through a Joint Commission‑certified staffing agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide extended care to patients with disabilities or chronic illnesses, primarily elderly.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing.
• Record vital signs and administer medications.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and assess changes in patient health status.
• Perform various treatments as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration for continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active RN license or active LPN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in a Long‑Term care setting.
• Additional requirements may be specified by the client facility.
