Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients requiring extended medical care after an acute illness or injury.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ventilation and tracheotomy experience.
• Two years recent Tele/LTAC experience in a hospital setting.
• Indiana or multi-state compact RN license.
