About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in LTAC settings.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Indiana.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in LTAC preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of LTAC care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR).
