About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in West Stewartstown, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare providers.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records.
