Travel RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $2,092 per week

About the role

Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a 13-week assignment in Long Term Care (LTC) in Falmouth, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility setting.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other patient data.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the living environment.

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and standards of practice.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam.
• Current CPR certification.
