Travel RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $2,096 per week

About the role

LTC/SNF facility in South Dakota is in need of a LPN with a minimum of 2 years experience working in LTC facilities. Must be licensed in the state of South Dakota and have a current AHA BLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Assist with daily living activities
• Monitor and record patient health status
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of South Dakota
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• A minimum of 2 years experience working in long-term care facilities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures
• Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR)
