Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care position in Hubbard, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other patient data.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care planning meetings.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of patient living areas.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in Long Term Care setting preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
