Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Long Term Care position in Berlin, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of New Hampshire.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screen.
• Pass a physical exam.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of long-term care protocols and procedures.
