Travel RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $1,946 per week
About the role
LTC/SNF Facility in Iowa is in need of an RN traveler with 2 years experience working in LTC/SNF facilities, AHA BLS, IA or compact license, Pointclickcare, and charge experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and facility policies.
Requirements
- Current RN license in IA or compact state.
- AHA BLS certification.
- 2 years experience in LTC/SNF facilities.
- Pointclickcare experience preferred.
- Charge experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Proficient in Pointclickcare.
- Experience with charge documentation.
