Travel RN Long-Term Care/SNF - $1,893 per week
About the role
Facility in Colorado is in need of a LTC RN Traveler. Must have minimum of 3 years in LTC specialty. BLS, COVID vaccination, Point Click Care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assess and document resident needs and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Perform basic diagnostic tests and monitor vital signs.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of living areas.
- Document all activities and communications accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Long Term Care (LTC) specialty.
- BLS certification required.
- Covid-19 vaccination required.
- Point Click Care software proficiency preferred.
Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as an RN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Skills
- Proficiency in Point Click Care.
