Job Requirements
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification required
- NRP certification required
- Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Night Shift)
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Schedule includes every other weekend
- Unit: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)
- Nursery RN duties included, must be able to take post-partum assignments
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccine booster or exemption required (declination not accepted in IL)
- MMR vaccination proof required
- Fit Test required
- Hepatitis B vaccination series required (titers not accepted)
- Influenza vaccine optional but recommended
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA test required
- Varicella vaccination proof required
- Physical/Health Statement within last year required
- 10 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days of start (NO THC)
- Various professional and background checks required including criminal background, education verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, NSO, and system access forms
- Trinity Skills Checklist required for clinical contractors
