Travel RN - L&D Nights

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Labor & Delivery, providing direct patient care in a high-acuity women's health setting. Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes; prioritize wellness, evidence-based practices, and patient perspectives; precept new staff and contribute to a safe, quality care environment; adhere to standards such as AWHONN and AACN for evidence-based care. Unit Focus: Care units include Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, Birth Center, Women's Care, and NICU, following standards like RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN for evidence-based practices. Qualifications & Skills: Active Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges; minimum 1-year nursing experience; certifications in ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association or Red Cross); strong clinical skills, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive care in women's health and infant units, ensuring safety, quality, and patient-centered approaches in a dynamic clinical setting.
